⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never had a problem. They replaced a gas gauge on my tank and charged me around thirty dollars. Could have been a lot more if I went to someone else. Also you get a discount if you pay early. Cheapest prices around. - Ted Busser

A life lease is a tank that we set and you pay a one-time fee (depending on size) within 90 days and you then receive your LP at customer owned tank pricing. We still own it, but you get “owned” tank pricing on your deliveries.

If you have had service there before and you are not moving the tank to a different location, there is no cost other than the propane going into your tank. If you have new service or want to move your tank to a new location, then the cost is for new line and trenching.

You would need to download the credit application on our website or call the office and we will get one sent out to you via email, fax or mail.

You have 2 options…you can do a set beside and use up your current tank of LP or you can wait until your tank is about 8-10% and call to get your tank set on the schedule. We highly recommend you have your credit application turned in and account set up before waiting until your tank is at 8-10%. This way we can make sure you get the new tank set before you run empty.

Yes, we do charge for trenching. Trenching in a line is $1 per foot.

We do offer a pre-buy option. At the beginning of July we send out an enrollment form that has our summer fill prices and also our winter pre-buy pricing. Both are optional.

No, we do not have capped pricing. You can pre-buy your gallons and that will lock-in your price on those gallons at set pricing between Oct. 1st and March 31st.

It depends on the time of year in which you are requesting a tank set. We try to schedule you as soon as possible. Summer / Fall are the busiest time of the year, call our office to check scheduling availability.

No. At this time we do not offer payments online.

If you smell gas INSIDE your home, go out, turn your tank off and then call us. We will get a service tech out to assess the situation. We will try to isolate the problem but you may need to call a heating contractor to get it fixed. If you smell gas OUTSIDE of the house, call us and we will be out to check the tank.

We will come out and put gas in your tank at our earliest convenience and do a leak test on the system to be sure there are no leaks. An adult will need to be present to do this. A $75 fee could be assessed at this time.

We have 120’s, 330’s and 500’s….anything larger will go thru management.

We currently cover a large area and the best way to see if you are in our area is to call and we can check to let you know. We currently service all of Putnam, Allen and Hancock Counties. We also service portions of Seneca, Wyandot, Hardin, Auglaize, Shelby, Mercer, Van Wert, Paulding, Defiance, Henry and Wood counties.

We only sell our 120 gallon tanks.

You will have to call the office, we will send someone out to put gas in the tank and complete a leak test on the system. There may be a $75 fee if you run the tank empty.

If you schedule a leak test to be done because you want one yearly to check the system, there is no charge. But, if you run your tank empty and we have to come out that day or next, there may be a $75 fee.

We accept Credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express), Checks, Cash, Money Orders and ACH. You can call us with your checking information and we will withdraw funds straight from your account. There is a 3% processing fee when using any kind of card for payment.
